Caruso Engineering provided engineering design and condition assessment services to the Architect and Contractor renovating the space formerly occupied by the iconic “Flying Fig” in Ohio City. Services include modifications to an existing load bearing wall and supporting basement structures in the existing 100 year-old masonry/timber/steel building.
