We are a state licensed Engineering Firm. We hold an active Certificate of Authorization (COA) from the Ohio Board of Engineers and Surveyors (COA.05236) to provide Engineering Services.

​To get started, book a consultation

Base Price: $800

  • Includes a written assessment report delivered within 14 days of the site visit.

  • Contractor recommendations are included if needed or requested.

  • Base price covers locations within a 30 minute drive of our office in Highland Heights. Distance fees apply beyond 30 minutes (one way):

    • +$50 for 45 minute drive​

    • +$100 for 1 hr drive

    • Please inquire beyond 1hr.

  • Base price covers homes up to 4,000 sf (not including finished basements).​ Additional fees apply for larger homes

    • +$50 for up to 6,000 sf

    • Please inquire beyond 6,000 sf

  • Payment is due in full at the site visit.
